Only stayed one night here as my friend and I took the ferry from Santorini to Heraklion and drove to Chania the next day. We walked with our luggage to the hotel from the port but would definitely suggest taking a transfer as there may or may not be a sidewalk and if there is it can get quite narrow. The front desk lady was very nice and welcoming, the room was spacious and clean, and the hotel had many nice restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was a great buffet with lots of variety. Everything suited our needs.

I was looking forward to the stay. However it didn't turn out well. Since we left, however, the hotel menagement has been in contact with us and has been more than generous in making up for our bad experience. They have made changes to their working practices, so the situation we had regarding a school staying there, won't happen again.
