This was heavenly. An absolutely stunning hotel and location. The room was spacious, elegant and offered breathtaking views. Beds were comfortable and the shower was perfection. We utilised one of the dining areas and enjoyed the live music and festive Greek plate smashing - so much fun. The music were fabulous. We also enjoyed the bar - fantastic staff and range. Room service was the best room service we have had with staff setting up the dining experience outside on the balcony with candlelight. All staff were exceptional - professional and friendly, exceptional hospitality. The pool area, beach and transportation options were all fantastic. Cannot speak more highly about this hotel. Would absolutely stay here again and again.

As a traveler, my stay at Arte & Mare Suites was a dream. The elegant suites with king-size beds, wooden ceilings, and carefully selected furnishings were exquisite. Let me start with this - I'm very demanding and hard to be pleased guest. I'm giving 10's reviews very rare but this hotel leaves me no choice for anything less. Where can I start? From the moment we exit the airport a nice guy welcome us , take our suites immediately and forward us to their luxury mercedes van. /It's a complimentary both ways airport shuttle!!/ Literally no more than 10 minutes we travelled to the hotel. Meanwhile the driver gave us tips for exploring the island and stories about Mykonos. We reach the hotel and the whole staff welcome us with huge smiles and super friendly hospitality combined with nice welcome drinks. While check in process at the reception again super smile lady gives as a suggestion for a nice beaches and restaurants. We booked entry level room and it was more than enough good to us. With a nice panorama view, great furniture, fresh and light enough. We needed a quad bike for easy connection on the island and the reception once again arrange it so smooth and efficiency (a guy come and pick us and take to their office to choose whatever we like quad bike or scooter). But the first day when we didn't get yet the quad bike, we went to the beach walking and we were tired enough to go back late after so we decide to call reception and they sent us their luxury van to get us from the beach back to the hotel free (which we appreciated much) as the streets are too steep to walk. Whenever we went at the pool the staff there was always above and beyond kind and smilling. Huge respect for these boys there! The reason why I booked this hotel while there was so many choices was the all reviews and awards for hospitality that Palladium got and believe me when you go there you see why! I really enjoyed my vacation in Mykonos but the hotel itself played huge role for it. Thank you again Palladium Hotel. Please don't change!

Alkyon was the best hotel of our 18 days trip. The instalation is perfect. Great room, view, pool, great location! The main point here is the staff team and the services. The team is FANTASTIC , they arranged transfers for free, they got a car to be rent in 5 minutes with a good rate, the drinks at the pool were very well prepared.
