Clean beautiful rooms in a beautiful quite street at the old town, best location, free parking near by and above all the best service you can ask for. It was a one weekend stay. The room was nice and the little balcony was amazing to relax on in the evening. One night at 1 am our keycard to your room didn't work. Luckily we were able to contact the staff remotely, a very nice man came and sorted everything out for us, despite the late hours. On our last stay we want to stay in Chania for awhile after checkout hours. We were able to have our luggage stored in the lobby and we then got a key card for the front door so we could pick up our luggage and leave whenever we preferred.
