We had a really lovely week with our 9 month old baby in a junior suite (with pool). The room was lovely, and worked perfectly for us with a baby, allowing us to relax during her naps. The main pool area is gorgeous too. The food was excellent, at the time of our stay it was a buffet but we were told they are going back to à la carte. The complimentary massage was a very nice extra and we rated the spa highly. The location is great, on the edge of Elounda. We walked in to the town which is doable along a lane (unlit) but easier when not baking hot. Taxis are easy and affordable. The hotel private beach is lovely and the shuttle to get there works extremely well. The staff are a true asset to this hotel. They really go above and beyond are are so so friendly and kind. They made us so welcome and were exceptionally lovely to our baby. Special mention to the guys running the breakfast, dinner and bar! A further special mention to Athina running the kids club who was wonderful! All in all: a gorgeous and calm boutique-y all inclusive hotel/villas and we would certainly return.

The room is essential but it lacks of nothing. All product for bath and towels are of optimal value. We had 2 spacious balconies and all amenities for breakfast in room (tea, coffee, fruit and a bottle of wine were complimentary). The pool is good and it is possible to have lunch there. The staff is very kind and helpful. We had an unforgettable experience on boat organized with their help in the Mirabello bay. Special mention to the possibility to have clothes washed and dried by them without any additional price. Last but not least breakfast on the last day was offered by the staff with a bag with some gifts from Greece. We recommend the place to everyone who wants to come to visit this wonderful place!

I was at this hotel in July of this year, absolutely everything I found here is superlative, from the comfortable conditions to the services and the people who work there. I have traveled to many places, both me and my husband, but what I found here, I did not find anywhere. Everyone makes absolutely every effort to fulfill your every wish and the result is exactly what you asked for. Linen and towels were changed every day, the food was very good and diverse, and everywhere you met people who smiled warmly at you.
