This was actually a better room (Penkridge) and at a lower cost than the 'superior' room (Western) we booked (at the Lion) the previous two nights. It was bigger without any large furnature to get in the way. Also, only one floor up so easier to get to in this listed building.

It was the perfect location to explore the city of Birmingham. We are really pleased that we checked in online and had the option to also check out online and drop off the keys in reception - there was no waiting around as soon as we arrived. We even got a glass of fizz in reception for free! The hotel was extremely clean and the beds were really comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
