The property is as immaculate in real life as the advertising suggests. The owners have exceptional attention to detail and show their long industry experience in every aspect. The breakfast is first class and served promptly. The chef is excellent. I certainly recommend the Afternoon Tea, which was the best I have received, and that includes The Ritz. The owners have a wealth of local knowledge. Make sure you listen to their restaurant recommendations.

Location of the hotel is perfectly between the town center and the railway station. The staff was extremely nice. We arrived very late due to train cancellations and the staff was very kind to wait for us to help us with our checkin. The breakfast was also very good.

Great location. Parking available. Nice bedroom with a fridge. Located right between Windermere and Bowness, couldn’t be better! Room was very comfy and very clean.
