A perfect location only a short drive to the lake at boness. The hosts could not have been more welcoming and being informed that we could get 15% off a number of restaurants in the town was an added bonus, we plumped for the spar room with a jacuzzi bath and a four poster bed and the breakfast was hot freshly prepared and plenty of it All in all a 1st class hotel would definitely recommend and we'll be back before to long

Very clean. Room 105 is very spacious, modern and clean. Great bathroom with excellent power shower. Nice bathroom amenities provided. Tea, coffee, kettle etc provided in the room, with biscuits and welcome chocolates. Lovely fluffy towels too. The bed was extremely comfortable. Quiet bedroom at the back of the building, away from the main road. Excellent breakfast!

Great location. Parking available. Nice bedroom with a fridge. Located right between Windermere and Bowness, couldn’t be better! Room was very comfy and very clean. Breakfast was delicious! thanks Debbie 🤗 Owen was super friendly!!!! He kindly suggested walks and places to eat and have a drink. Always with a big smile! Highly recommended!!!! We will definitely be back!
