Everything. Have stayed here before and, once again, staff went out of their way to oblige. Different people this time but , once again , excellent service. Will be back whenever in this area.

The room was great, very clean and nice and warm, i did feel that it was a little out of the way. The breakfast / buffet style was great. The food and the staff are always welcoming and friendly.

Booked this hotel specially to arrive Cardiff late and need to catch a train early, location is perfect and amazingly quiet inside the room being next to the train station. Staff polite and friendly giving me all information in detail. Room bigger than I thought and have everything I need for a comfortable stay. Got a lift so it‘s good when I have big luggage.

The location was perfect! Right in the heart of Cardiff within 5-10 minutes walk to all the main attractions. The room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated and had everything we needed.
