The room was great, very clean and nice and warm, i did feel that it was a little out of the way. The breakfast / buffet style was great. The food and the staff are always welcoming and friendly.

This place is located right at the City Centre, rooms were Big and Spacious, everything was provided in the room, right from double single beds to iron stand, iron, bath tub...The breakfast spread was limited but nice ....

Location was awesome! Just right next to the train station, city center is just 3 minutes away. Room was comfortable, even though it’s next to train station, you won’t hear the train.

The location was perfect! Right in the heart of Cardiff within 5-10 minutes walk to all the main attractions. The room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist us. A big plus was the online check in and check out which meant we didn't need to wait at all.
