The location is fab!!!!! 2 min walk from airport eve less i dont know why it says on booking 1 km or something. Its zero distance The chcek in was less than a second didnt even want to see passports Understood that we just wanna go to sleep The surrounding was beautiful I was looking for mineral water to buy and they handed me 3 bottles for free The room is big The shower room lovely decor Many soapes types Bed was super comfy The elavator was beautiful Check out at 12 brilliant The staff was super super super nice We asked for adaptors and got 2 for the night so fast and easy Cookies and hot chovlate at room was amazing add on!we enjoyed it!!! Thank you!!

We've had a perfect stay in Jesmond Dene house over the festive period, so much so that we extended our stay for an extra night, the room was wonderful and the food at "fern" was exceptional wither it was for breakfast of dinner, the bed was very comfortable and were lucky to have good weather which allowed for lovely walks in Jesmond Dene.
