Absolutely vip 5 star first class staff, everything clean, the room luxurious, in short i will never stay in a different hotel whenever i visit Leeds , an absolutely phenomenal experience and one i aim to repeat very soon.

As we travelled by train, the location is fantastic. Just a five minute walk. Staff are excellent. Rooms are large and well appointed.

Great size of room, modern, exceptional views of city from room, quiet, good security, quick check in, personal touch of welcome note in my name on the TV, tea station in room. Excellent buffet breakfast at a great price. Opposite the train station - super easy to locate.

This hotel is beautiful, we loved the lobby area which is really nice and cosy and the bar and restaurant is equally as nice with great drinks and good atmosphere. The room is really nice, with a very comfortable bed and we slept so well. The bathroom is really nice with a nice, hot shower. Would be lovely if the rooms were decorated in the same style as the public areas. We highly recommend this hotel.
