Reception team were so friendly and helpful. Room was excellent. Clean and well decorated. Comfy bed and roll top bath. Lovely seating and very old world. Perfect for walking around Stratford.

The room was large and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and amenities such as tea-making. It was also quiet, as I had requested. The location is both beautiful and very close to the town centre. Staff were helpful and friendly. The food was excellent.
