The hotel is in an excellent location, beautifully appointed with helpful, friendly and attentive employees. The car park is secure and great to have parking on street is metered and hard to find a vacant space. It is located very close to the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and a short walk from the main street. The room was large and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and amenities such as tea-making. It was also quiet, as I had requested. The location is both beautiful and very close to the town centre. Staff were helpful and friendly. The food was excellent.
