Excellent, swimming pool and sauna. Good changing room, just needs a little spin dryer for wet costumes but I hung mine in the shower and it dried overnight. Swimming pool open from 6am till 10pm. Staff were good. Alex and Sonna very helpful. The restaurant got our order wrong, we were in a rush, so had to eat salmon instead of chicken, but they gave us a full refund and apologised. Executive rooms were lovely, comfy beds and pillows. Walk in shower Excellent. Proper coffee machine with delicious coffee. Check in times 2pm and check out 12pm very generous. Sainsbury local she just a minute away. We would definitely stay again.

When they saw how many bags we had, they said they would upgrade us for free for a bigger room to fit our needs☺️☺️ free breakfast was such a bonus and the location is amazing! Everything within a few minutes walk ☺️

Lovely hotel and staff, breakfast was really good, what impressed us in the bathroom was a note to say if a guest forgot any toiletries the hotel would provide some, We never experienced that before apart from the complimentary ones, would definitely recommend this hotel.

Really clean and well equipped boutique hotel in the centre of Surbiton. Paid a little extra for a top floor room with a balcony and honestly had one of the best nights sleep in a hotel I’ve ever had. Bed was great, balcony was a nice feature and a lovely bathroom. Had a really nice stay and I’ll be back!!
