Extremely clean and well-equipped, with a cafe downstairs and evening toasted snacks also available. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area- also there was a pub just down the road for meals, etc. Heaps of walks nearby and the scenery was stunning- I got rained in but still had a great stay . Would highly recommend to prospective walkers and tourers - parking was ample as well.

The Moss Grove Organic offers 5-star guest accommodation. The spacious en suite rooms have flat-screen TVs, free internet access is available throughout.

We stayed here for one night as part of our Coast to Coast walk.The room was so spacious with super comfortable bed. Bathroom was also huge with a well sized spa bath. Nice little touches like hot chocolate and biscuits as part of the complimentary tea/coffee in the room. Staff were so friendly. Breakfast buffet was exceptional, with organic and locally sourced ingredients Would have loved to stay an extra night.

This was such a perfect hotel to stay in. The lovely little balcony with a view of the stream. The room was spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was excellent. It was also very easy to visit nearby towns and access to local walks.

Lovely quite luxurious room for the price we paid, and so comfortable. Reception and breakfast is in the main building across the road. It's a stone's throw away from the lake ferry. Easy parking.

In the heart of the Lake District national park, Haweswater Hotel overlooks the lake and mountains. It has a bar, a lake view terrace and 2 restaurants.

Stunning location, the room was absolutely beautiful. Attention to detail was spot on. One of the best hotels we've stayed in, would definitely return.

Waterhead Inn is surrounded by the Lake District's popular walking and cycling routes. On site parking is available subject to availability.
