The room was freshly redecorated and the bathroom was lovely. Although not overly large, there was space under the beds to accommodate suitcases and two comfortable chairs with a table so you didn’t have to rely on the bed as a seating place. There were wine glasses provided and chocolates. Our host Joy greeted us on arrival and took us through everything we needed to know including recommendations for bars and restaurants within walking distance. Easy parking facilities for guests

Location is perfect, near the bus station and city center, but still very peaceful. Bar at the hotel is very cool,it has a biliaar pool. Rooms are very clean, you have everything needed for a perfect stay in Inverness. Stuff is very helpful and kind.

We stayed in appartment 7 on the 3rd floor (no lift but not a problem, large bright staircase). The appartment is right by the pedestrian area, we had view on a beautiful building (the town house). The appartment itself was so much better than we expected. It is truly CLEAN! The rooms are large. The beds very comfortable. The kitchen very well equipped AND there was milk in the fridge waiting for our arrival. The process to get keys/ drop off keys, etc os straight forward.
