The room was freshly redecorated and the bathroom was lovely. Although not overly large, there was space under the beds to accommodate suitcases and two comfortable chairs with a table so you didn’t have to rely on the bed as a seating place. There were wine glasses provided and chocolates. Our host Joy greeted us on arrival and took us through everything we needed to know including recommendations for bars and restaurants within walking distance. Easy parking facilities for guests

Location is perfect, near the bus station and city center, but still very peaceful. Bar at the hotel is very cool,it has a biliaar pool. Rooms are very clean, you have everything needed for a perfect stay in Inverness. Stuff is very helpful and kind.

A grand old historical building. Beautifully decorated in Victorian Highland style. Naturally it's showing signs of age but it's well maintained. My room was very well appointed super comfortable and clean. All staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. I had dinner in Ash restaurant. Really delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay
