Rick was very great with communicating information on check in etc. before our arrival. Very accommodating with our check in time and self check in was very easy. The room was spotless and luxurious. We were catered for at every step.

This is our second stay at Black Rock House and it's always a pleasure. Vincent and Julian are very friendly and their house is fantastic. Our room was immaculate and the breakfast was a delight. We had a great time at Hastings and the surroundings (Bexhill). We will definitely be back.

The ambience of the hotel, it was welcoming and the staff made you feel at ease. Grounds were excellent to walk around as great countryside environment. Well run family establishment with adequate parking and excellent bar and restaurant, chill out zone in beer garden most conducive for my well being. The room was excellent and very comfortable. I would recommend this establishment to everyone I know 😎
