The hotel is well situated - close to the railway station and the conference venue. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were nice and helpful.

Everything the service was the best Aga was exceptional in the restaurant. She went out of her way. We had the most delicious eggs benedict and made us feel so special.Aga is a wonderful lady.. The hotel was really beautiful.

Everything was smooth at check in We found that we had had an upgrade to an executive room which looked out the front of the building Marvellous The room was very spacious with a large comfortable bed Tea and coffee tray A good sized Beth room with shower over the bath Toiletries by H2K A local company not far from the hotel On arrival we had received a lovely message from the hotel wishing us a happy anniversary, which was the reason for our stay and to be in Harrogate So good we extended our stay!
