Absolutely magnificent location in the center of the city just in front of a very nice green private garden without noise and crowd. All the staff has been gentle, cooperative and efficient. Our assigned room was on the third floor, which had recently been painted. Due to the smell, my husband, who was suffering from infection could not remain in this room. The reception staff promptly and kindly relocated us to a better apartment on another floor and provided information about a doctor for my husband A continental breakfast was available at a cost of 11 pounds per person, offering a satisfactory selection of cereals, fruit, boiled eggs, toast, a variety of condiments, and coffee or tea. The staff were exceptionally and helpful, exceeding our expectations. They also provided us with a list of local restaurants offering discounts to Fraser Suites guests. The property is located about a 10-minute walk from Queen Street Train Station.

I arrived late at night. Had a bit of difficult paying. The night manager, Cameron, sorted it out and ,my stress was addressed, Breakfast? Astounding. I often stay at either Radisson Blu or Central but there is no comparison regarding breakfast. It is Radisson that stands, especially range, variety and service. Well done!
