Stunning hotel within walking distance of the historic city centre. It was even more beautiful than the photos on booking.com. We got an absolutely beautiful room with an amazing view over the city! Bathroom was very clean (and gorgeous). I appreciated the eco-friendly touches all over the hotel from their recycling to energy conservation and more. I will definitely stay here again.

Thé staff were wonderful very attentive and welcoming. The building itself was beautiful, don’t hesitate to use the library The bedroom was spacious, clean and very comfortable, very tastefully decorated. I had a view down into dean and the river. I especially liked there was a little history of the building provided in the rooms, it makes you realise how old the building truly is and appreciate it more. Breakfast was superb. The food was fresh and hot and delicious. I dont think I’ve ever had such tasty bacon. It was perfectly portioned too. Breakfast staff exceptional.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this cozy/comfortable hotel! Their staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Food and drinks served at the hotel's on site restaurant/bar are good. They have a decent indoor pool and a well equipped gym. Location is good, 5-minute walk to a bus stop, not too far from the airport and Edinburgh’s Old Town. We felt at home right here so that's another plus! We highly recommend this place and we will definitely stay here again.

Cosy and comfortable hotel, with a beautiful blend of old building and modern facilities. The room was quiet, clean and well equipped (kettle, coffee, tea, bath robes, etc), and the shower was superb. The breakfast was excellent!

Boutique bedrooms and 3 levels of outside decking make the most of Orocco Pier's waterside setting.

Best experience I had while traveling around Scotland. Such a nice hotel in this cute little Scottish village. The room was spacious, with a full mini bar and everything you needed. Both shower and bathtub in the bathroom. I really enjoyed my stay here.

This 4-star Novotel is 200 metres from Edinburgh Park Rail Station and a 12-minute train ride from the city centre. It has modern rooms and a heated indoor swimming pool.
