The hotel is beautiful. It was all trimmed up for Christmas which was lovely. The room was comfortable and had a great selection of snacks and hot and cold drinks.

A wonderful experience, a charming hotel with a delicious breakfast and beautiful decor. We were on the top floor, and although there are some stairs to climb, it's worth it for the window that allows you to sleep between the moors and the stars. The staff was charming and communicative; they let us in a little early and were very kind, recommending places to visit. I hope we can come back someday.

All the staff members were amazing and it was a pleasure meeting them. Food was great and the hotel was lovely, clean and comfortable in a beautiful peaceful location. Would highly recommend the Avenue.

It was all good, location, cleanliness, instructions etc. It was a very last minute, emergency booking, so it was great everything was made easy for us. Couldn't fault it. All the goodies provided were a nice touch.
