I'd booked 2 nights for a job interview nearby. On arrival was told my room had been upgraded, the room was very nice with all the facilities I needed. As someone who often has difficulty finding hotels with firm pillows was delighted by the selection of pillows in the room. Breakfast was really good, all the staff were lovely! Definitely recommend!

Room was clean and tidy. Gorgeous scented lotion and shampoo. Beds were comfortable. Temperature was adjustable. Staff were efficient and friendly. Reception is so pretty and welcoming.

Very clean and incredibly nice and attentive staff. It was thoroughly cleaned every day, new bottles of water put by the bed, tea/coffee and biscuits replenished, new cups put out etc. We were really impressed with the service!
