Unique experience, location, staff are friendly and supportive. Breakfast was exceptionally. We requested to change the room and team was helpful and it was changed.

Everything about Europa was absolutely fantastic! We came for my mams birthday and they upgraded our room, and left cupcakes in the room with a birthday card- such a lovely thoughtful touch! The staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful! The piano bar is beautiful- definitely visit! Every single member of staff we met were so friendly and accommodating. Absolutely couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!

The bar area is comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was fab each morning and all staff are really helpful, warm and friendly. Really close to the beautiful Botanic Gardens and the brilliant Ulster Museum.
