Only stayed a night but had a wonderful experience here. Spacious room, quality toiletries, block out curtains and convenient location for an excellent price. Room had an iron and board which I love having. I had requested a quiet room when booking and upon arrival the staff member mentioned that they saw that note and they gave me a room quiet room. It is my 3rd stay at a Radisson hotel within a year and they have all been excellent.

Location was perfect. Basically I chose this hotel because of the location and I was not disappointed. Just some steps ahead from bus station and being in the Union Square made my trip very easy to manage and not waste time moving around!

Great place in the old town. Lovely staff, comfortable beds. Tea and coffe in a lobby. The rooms are basic but that’s what we expected. The showe was good. Would reccommend for a short stay!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Norwood Hall Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond—friendly, helpful, and always professional. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, with a warm, elegant atmosphere that made it feel both luxurious and comfortable. The tea area, bar, and drawing rooms were especially lovely—perfect spots to unwind, with a refined yet cozy vibe. The breakfast and dinner room was equally impressive, offering a relaxing and upscale setting for meals. Everything was thoughtfully designed and executed to make guests feel welcome and at ease. I’d highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

I stayed for 2 nights and it was perfect for what I needed. The location was excellent and great value for money. Staff were great and nothing was too much trouble. Will be returning in a couple of weeks.
