The hotel was a perfect get away. The location was great, walking distance to the city center, the hotel had parking which was great since we travelled by car. The hotel had an amazing ambience, beautiful indoor and outdoor areas. Felt like we travelled back in time. The staff was exceptional. Amina and Victoria were great help, very hospitable and always greeted us with a smile. The owner was on the location as well, he gave us tips about what else to see in Provence, very hospitable and warm.

We were let in and checked in in the middle of the night, even though we had no notice of our arrival time. Checked in without any problems, which we are grateful for. The hotel allows pets, we had no problems with our dog. Large private parking lot in its own lot behind a fence - safe and plenty of room. The breakfast was great! The selection is small but everything is the freshest.

The property was pretty convieniently located to all the sites of interest as well as many very good restaurants, and only about a 12-15 min walk from the train station. The beds were firm but very comfortable and the room was very well maintained. Very good breakfast available for only 10 Euro per person. The owner and host, RedHawks, was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Our upgraded room gave us more space since we are attempting to relocate to the area. Hotel Central staff (Hassan) was very helpful and informed us about Nimes and provided useful information to us throughout our stay.
