The property was clean and very conveniently situated. The staff were cheerful and very helpful. We had an early morning departure and our booked breakfast was changed into a packed meal to enjoy on the trip. Lourdes was a beautiful experience which was enhanced by the care and friendliness of the people.

The Best Western Beausejour is located opposite the train station in the centre of Lourdes, close to the Sanctuary. It offers rooms with views over the Pyrénées and free Wi-Fi internet access.

Friendly staff, beautiful garden and free parking just at the back of the hotel. Clean, spacious room. Excellent stay. We were worried to walk to the Sanctuaire Notre-Dame de Lourdes, but it was just 10-15 min walk.

Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted by the kindest and sweetest receptionist. He gave us our rooms and explained all about the city and nearby highlights. The rooms were clean and smell amazing. Spacious, modern bathrooms and very comfortable beds. We had a small balcony with a beautiful view. Breakfast is delicious, plenty of food to choose from. Location is perfect, 10 minute walk from the Grotte, 2 minutes away from airport shuttle bus stop, close to restaurants and cafes. We will surely be back!

We had an amazing stay in Chateaux d'Orleix. I was travelling with my 93 year old mom and they went out of their way to help and make us comfortable. They even changed her room to a downstairs one to avoid the stairs for her. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast amazing and very fresh, the croissants are yummy. The facilities, both in the room and outside are great. Nice pool with enough chairs and parasols, barbecue area, games like darts and jeu de boules. Everything very clean and well-maintained. Location is a bit remote in a small village, so car is recommended to visit all the beauty in the surroundings like The Pyrenees, Lourdes, Tarbes and so on. We were very lucky to see all the 14 Juillet celebrations and to visit the concert of Andrea Bocelli in Lourdes. We had an amazing time and cherish the memories. Thank you all staff at Chateau d'Orleix for making our stay unforgettable.
