Location was great. Walkable to anywhere you want to see in Valldemossa. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant decor and great view. Staff was amazing. The location of the hotel is very good, close to the cathedral and the city center and also to a big sand beach near by. The room was excellent very tidy and clean the view was perfect and actually the room was better than the pictures shown and above expectations. The staff was very polite always smilling, and it is very difficult to see someone to not be happy with the services of this hotel and the staff. Everything was excellent, the food at the restaurant the room service all above expectations. The best place to stay in Mallorca. A big thanks to the staff of the hotel for the hospitality always doing their best and so well mannered making the vacation even better for us. Definitely recommend this place.
