Staff was very friendly and helpful, best room in the hotel, very comfortable and clean. They responded right away to help us with unfamiliar things like the coffee and tea maker, brought decaf. tea, and provided information about taxies, buses and other things.

The location is very convenient if you want to stay close to the Barajas airport. The free shuttle to the airport worked like charm. Bedroom is very luxurious, comfortable and well equipped with quality amenities. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was very very good and not expensive at all. We had an amazing meal. The breakfast in the morning offers a vast variety of products with exceptional quality. 5 stars do the kitchen and to the hotel staff that were very friendly and welcoming. This hotel offers a great quality for the price.
