Location is superb; the moment you exit the hotel, you are a stone’s throw from the key tourist sites and right in the centre of bars and restaurants. The hotel staff were incredibly responsive and accommodating to all requests. We had a rooftop room with a spa and a view of the cathedral; views were stunning and the room was well insulated from the outside noise. Complimentary breakfasts and afternoon teas were a treat. We would definitely stay again at this hotel.

Not in the main city centre but easy to walk to. Very clean. The pool was a bonus. The bar had good drinks, food and customer service. Having a refrigerator was convenient, considering how hot it was in Sevilla. Nothing I could fault about our stay!

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed so far. The staff is the main reason why this hotel left such a great impression on us. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, helpful and very courteous. Unbeatable location in the heart of Santa Cruz, just a couple of minutes walk from the Cathedral and Alcazar. Lots of good bars and restaurants around. The room and bathroom were spacious and spotlessly clean. The towels and toiletries changed every day. Complimentary water, coffee and tea replenished daily. The bed was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with great variety of choices. We were surprised by a birthday bottle of sparkling wine which was a very nice touch. Thank you, guys! Much appreciated.

The location could not be better! Right across from the Cathedral. Walking distance to everywhere. The highlight of this place was a rooftop lounge with astonishing view of the Cathedral especially in the evening time. Everything is new and comfortable. Very clean, lots of towels, bathrobe, even slippers. I highly recommend this place.
