It exceeded my expectations! The stuff was really nice and polite, especially our 'camerista' Fina, who is such a nice lady. They cleaned our room everyday, at some point we put the sign on the door cause we did not need it cleaned🤣Super location, close to the bitch and the bus to city center, walking distance to the Aquarium supermarket, shops are nearby. The breakfast was heaven really 😁We had an awesome stay. They have a storage room for our luggage after check out and we could also take a shower and use towels..for free. We ll definitely coming back!❤️

Breakfast was good but would have like Greek yogurt and fresh berries if possible with granola. But great serving time until 11.00. Very quiet room on second floor and easy to get to. Best Cosmopolitans in Mallorca I had all week! We left a phone and glasses in a taxi and staff were able to help retrieve them very quickly! Excellent! Also Great recommendation for nearby coffee shop.

The Hotel was in the perfect location to walk to everything. The staff was very helpful and super friendly. We were gone for 3 weeks moving every night and this was our favorite hotel and room. Breakfast was delicious and loved how they had outdoor seating in the courtyard.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to the cathedral and the city center and also to a big sand beach near by. The room was excellent very tidy and clean the view was perfect and actually the room was better than the pictures shown and above expectations. The staff was very polite always smilling, and it is very difficult to see someone to not be happy with the services of this hotel and the staff. Everything was excellent, the food at the restaurant the room service all above expectations. The best place to stay in Mallorca. A big thanks to the staff of the hotel for the hospitality always doing their best and so well mannered making the vacation even better for us. Definitely recommend this place.
