This is an amazing hotel, truly a 5-star experience. We were welcomed with a glass of Copa, and the reception staff was very kind and helpful. We booked the Superior Double Room with a private pool, which looked fantastic. The room was spacious, featuring a large bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was spotless. The cleaning service was exceptional; they attended to our room after breakfast and again in the evening, refreshing the towels and making the bed. The staff was truly amazing. The rooftop pool, though small, was a very nice addition—private and cozy. The main hotel pool was also great; we always found available sunbeds and it was never crowded. Breakfast was very good, offering a nice selection of Iberian charcuterie and excellent à la carte dishes, all included in the price. Camison Beach near the hotel was beautiful and also had a very nice beach bar. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we will definitely be back.

Gran Oasis Resort is a luxury aparthotel, set next to Las Américas Golf Course. Set in gardens, this complex has a large outdoor swimming pool and views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The staff was very friendly, always smiling. The pools were great and warm. The kids pool area is especially great for families visiting with kids. The breakfast was also very nice with lots of options. Great ocean view from the room. Taxi came very quickly when ordered from reception. Overall, would definitely recommend for family vacation.

The best hotel I have ever visited. It is amazing, I loved the architecture, the rooms, the pool etc. They have a lot of breakfast varities. The pool is heated and I like that there are a lot of plants and palms next to it. The cocktails from the bars next to the pool are amazing! The staff is very friendly, we were able to check-in with almost 2h earlier, I really appreciated this.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. We were in a villa with jacuzzi & had a fantastic sleep every night thanks to the huge cloud soft bed & blackout blinds. The view from our terrace was fabulous. The room was very clean. The staff were all so friendly and we loved the little touches - a glass of bubbles on arrival, giving out watermelon by the pool etc. One thing I loved about this hotel is that unlike lots of other resorts, there were plenty of sun loungers so we didn’t feel like we had to compete for space. We loved the pool area, which felt like it was set in a garden - lots of trees and greenery etc and the cocktails from the pool bar are reasonably priced. We enjoyed the pools so much that we barely left the hotel. We were very impressed with the breakfast & had an enjoyable meal in the property’s Italian restaurant one night too. The location is a bit further out so we had a long walk or an e scooter ride to restaurants etc. The beach is a short walk down a big hill but that wasn’t a problem for us.

The hotel stuff is very helpful and helps you with everything. The hotel infrastructure is very good quality. The food is as well very good. Internet is working so if you need to work Teams and Zoom meetings can be done. Same thing for any RDP/ VM remote connections.
