Such a beautiful hotel! The staff were so lovely and helpful and they couldn’t do anymore for us! The hotel is really beautiful in a perfect location in a quiet lane but a short walk to the main area! They upgraded us to a bigger room and made my birthday very special! I couldn’t recommend this hotel anymore and Would definitely stay here again!

It was outstanding in every regard. From the arrival to departure there was nothing more I could have asked for. The level of attention and care was incredible and the staff were honestly amazing. I was met by the Manager and shown around the hotel. I would absolutely stay at here again on my next trip.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - particularly Theresa and Ines. The room was very large and very comfortable. The hotel was located in a quiet area within walking distance of old town Palma. Breakfast was bespoke and lovely on the roof terrace with spectacular water views. Beautiful pool and a very relaxed atmosphere - even with a full hotel there is no crowds by the pool or breakfast. Fantastic breakfast, restaurant and bar.

Facilities are amazing , comfortable , beautiful and clean .The location is very well connected to city centre, it’s walkable and easily reachable by bike or bus . Quiet area , perfect for leisure . Staff is very welcoming, especially the girl whose name started on Ale , I think , she was on reception and was very helpful and professional , with empathy. Breakfast was delicious. Big recommendation!
