The group are very nice. The kids club is very interesting, my daughter had a great time there. The pool and the chair are very convenient.

Very kind and friendly staff who are so nice and genuine. The food was great. The pool, gym, location were all great. However, the kindness of the staff resonated above all else.

We were given a deluxe room with a view of one of the 6 pools and gardens. The grounds and pools were amazing. Breakfast and dinner buffets were varied and excellent quality. The location was also just right for walks, shopping and access to local services.

This was by far the biggest and grand property I have stayed at. 5/6 Swimming pools, few silent swimming pools, nice activity area where live music was going on during some evenings. A bar near the pool area, very close to the beach, access to promenade. Breakfast was inhumane. It had so many many many( stress on many) variety for both vegetarian and non veg people. Pancakes, breads, jams, fruits, eggs, milk, nuts, cheese, creams, yogurts, beef - you probably haven’t even thought about it and they got it- more than you could imagine. There was also one day a guy playing saxophone during breakfast, was an amazing experience. They had many live counters.

It is beautiful in regards to build, architecture, the aesthetic surroundings you find yourself in are constantly relaxing and pleasing. The staff are constantly enthusiastic, hard working, attentive, they take great care and pride in themselves, in what and how they do their jobs. The staff really do make the place everything it is.

Everything but particularly the staff. They are obviously well trained and are really customer focused! With a few issues we had they dealt with it professionally and could make decisions! In fact we had the feeling all knew who we were and were really helpful and happy to work with, from cleaning staff through to front of desk. We did have an issue with booking.com
