The location is unbeatable. Close enough to the party hotspots but far enough to be quiet enough if you want to call it a night. The view from our balcony and the pool is awesome. We also benefited from 15% discount at the wave pool. The bracelet system as a room key was new to me and very convenient during a beach holiday.

Rooms were great, pool deck was perfect, location is so good. Staff were amazing, I never got to say goodbye to Antonio, if you see this thanks for everything! Really made our stay special from the moment I got there. It was a busy day when we checked in and there was no parking left in the private hotel parking so Antonio moved his car and let me park there. He catered to my and my gf at the pool deck. The check in staff were fabulous, the pool deck staff, all around a special level of service that you don’t get many places anymore, especially coming from a terrible experience from the staff at NYX Madrid. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Great location. Lovely, very helpful staff. Best buffet breakfast I have had in my life! I never purchase breakfast with my room so I explore the local cafes but I tried their buffet once and couldnt go anywhere else. I dont know how they manage to make scrambled eggs for a buffet, that good! Room was a great size and serviced more than needed. Great spot to sit outside day and night. Indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic and they offer massage and Reiki at the hotel. (Incredible Reiki practioner you must book in advance though).

Good facilities -- e.g. well-maintained pools, large and properly manned buffet restaurant, a programme of animation activities. The rooms are comfortable and follow a slick contemporary design.
