We spent an amazing week, all the hotel staff from the reception to the maids, cooks, bar staff and everyone else were great, helpful and accommodating, the location was quiet which suited us, the food was delicious and varied, every day you could choose something according to your taste , the pool bar was great and the offer was very rich. I can say that this was not our last visit to this beautiful hotel.

Brilliant hotel and staff , we will be back in the very near future and many more times after that too. The staff are multilingual speaking English. Spanish, French and German. They are very welcoming and helpful. The food is some of the best hotel food we've everything had. The hotel is mins away from Yumbo centre and the beach. The Spa area , massage and gym facilities are wonderful. Beds are very comfortable and with all important air conditioning

Amazing location, very calmed atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. Staff were kind and always smiling, the room was clean and tidy, very well furnitured, I loved the huge walk-in shower in the bathroom and the view to the ocean, with the night lights of Tenerife. Breakfast and dinner was super delicious and with almost endless options. Coffee was really good too to compare with other spanish hotels. I recommend this place to everyone who want to run away from the crowded party cities and holiday villages of the island.
