Nice hotel and pleasant staff. Hotel rooms were a bit older but in a good state, clean and the bathroom was good. Breakfast was very good and is definitely worth it. Location of the hotel was also good, albeit a bit further away from the tram, but right next to the large park and close to the city center.

A beautiful hotel! The artwork, decor, cleanliness. Staff were so polite and helpful. The room was immaculately clean, wonderfully quiet, the comfortable bed and pillows, great shower and double sink bathroom. The restaurant was well priced (not expensive), with a wide variety of food dishes and gluten-free options, and a wine/cocktail menu that was small but with excellent choices. We had a one night stay, before moving on, but could happily have spent a few relaxing days here for a mini break. They also offer underground parking and there is street parking nearby. We didn't use the gym, but it had good equipment and was large. We would use the gym if we return.

Located near Santa Cruz's yacht club, this hotel is 10 minutes' walk from the city centre. It offers modern air-conditioned rooms with a private balcony, flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi.

The staff were extremely helpful and polite, always willing to help. The 24 hour reception was very useful for me. The breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean. The property is well looked after, good central location.

This mansion is located in La Orotava, 7 minutes' drive from the beaches and 30 minutes from Teide National Park. It offers an outdoor pool, sauna and large rooms with a satellite TV.

Stunning! The whole experience of staying at the Alhambra is very special. It’s better than it looks in the photos. Beautiful natural materials used in the fabric of the building, the detail in the finish, the art work - it’s all real, and very grand! We had a pleasant continental breakfast each morning. We enjoyed views of Teide and the nice old buildings of La Orotava from our room. We arrived via the Teide National park, and went on to explore the hiking trails of the national parks to the west and east during our stay. On our final day we explored the town of La Orotava by foot and found botanical gardens, museums, cafes serving traditional food, plenty of history - lovely stuff!
