Due to industrial action in Germany, I had to cut short my trip. Contacted the hotel late at night via Booking.com., and by the time I woke early the next morning, my request to change my booking from 4 nights to 3 nights was granted. A very nice historic hotel reenacted in contemporary architecture with the most warm and prompt staff--highly recommended.

We had a surprise welcome, with an iced Prosecco... The girls at the reception extremely kind and helpful... Spacious and clean rooms. .. Another surprise: slippers, bathrobe and toiletries as before the pandemic.. coffee and tea in the room.... I think it deserves 4 stars... All tourist attractions within a maximum of 14 min on foot

Perfect location, calm and stylish atmosphere, kind personnel. This is a music themed hotel, with classical instruments and soft piano music around. Our room had a spacious terrace. We walked for miles and miles, so the jacuzzi on the roof was very welcome. I spent there one evening during a slight drizzle, while looking at a purple sky. It was very moving. Sevilla was home because of this hotel. Also a plus: you can use the swimming pool all year round.
