The service and staff are amazing. Basically the best we have had considering the per night rate of rooms. The place is beautifully presented and has a lot of character which adds to the San Sebastián experience. We like the location as it is about a 15 min walk from town so is close enough to enjoy everything but is also out of the madness. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

We stayed with our 2 years old daughter and the service and attention from the staff was extraordinary. The room was perfect, big, no noise from the street and bright; and the breakfast was even better :) Location was also superb, few blocks from an area full of pintxo bars, the bay 10 min walk and accessible from the main road.
