Breakfast was good but would have like Greek yogurt and fresh berries if possible with granola. But great serving time until 11.00. Very quiet room on second floor and easy to get to. Best Cosmopolitans in Mallorca I had all week! We left a phone and glasses in a taxi and staff were able to help retrieve them very quickly! Excellent! Also Great recommendation for nearby coffee shop.

Beautiful boutique hotel with perfect location for walking around Palma. The room was lovely with attention to small details and a balcony overlooking a beautiful courtyard with the hustle and bustle of Palma. The breakfast is served outside in the courtyard (there is also indoor seating for days with poor weather but we had lots of sun) and was delicious. But most importantly the staff were SUPER welcoming and went above and beyond. They were available at all hours (we flew in very late and flew out very early) and catered to all our needs at every hour, including packing a special to-go breakfast for our early flight with fresh coffee, fruits and sandwiches. And always with a big smile -- thank you for the amazing service and hospitality! We highly recommend Hotel Cort and will be back for sure <3

From the moment we arrived, our experience at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. The incredible manager, José, greeted us with such warmth and genuine kindness that we immediately felt at home. Within minutes of checking in, we were offered a complimentary breakfast, a four-hour early check-in, and even a room upgrade — all completely unexpected and incredibly generous gestures that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The hotel itself is absolutely magnificent — the atmosphere, the energy, the design, and the overall aesthetic are simply breathtaking. Every corner of the property radiates beauty and tranquility. We also enjoyed a wonderful massage with Paula, who was truly perfect in every possible way — professional, attentive, and so talented. It was one of the best spa experiences we’ve ever had. To top it all off, the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. On my birthday, we came back to our room to find it beautifully decorated with balloons — such a thoughtful and heartwarming surprise. José deserves a very special mention — he is absolutely fantastic, thoughtful, and dedicated to creating an amazing guest experience. Every interaction with him made us feel valued and cared for. All in all, our stay was beyond perfect. We can’t thank the entire team enough for their hospitality, attention to detail, and kindness.
