The staff was absolutely amazing. The owner took great care of us from the time we walked in the door, making sure we were comfortable, we had a safe place to park our vehicle, making sure we enjoyed a glass of champagne in their beautiful courtyard before even going to our room. We paid for laundry service and they ironed and folded everything and brought it to our room. Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Abaca. When the owner found out we got engaged the previous day, she upgraded our room, gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne, and even left a handwritten note on the pillow congratulating us. Love, love, love!!!

Clean rooms, nice staff, nice hotel. Amazing kidsclub, minidisco. I want to say thank you to the animators, girls Diana, Eva, our daughter enjoyed visiting the children's club. Every day there were different creative master classes, different games in the pool, and various adventures. Our child was busy for half a day and there was a lot of time for adults to do their own things.

Medplaya Hotel Agir is located 100 metres from Levante Beach, in central Benidorm. All guests enjoy free WiFi. There are lovely views over the Mediterranean Sea from the small swimming pool.

The hotel has an excellent location, close to the main party street, the beach, shops and the bus station. It is nicely decorated, has a swimming pool and deckchairs for sunbathing on the roof. One of the elevators at the front of the building is also very interesting. I highly recommend it.
