Super nice welcome. Very comfortable bed. The tooms at the back of the hotel are overlooking a very charming little square with palm trees and a fountain. Totally quiet at night.

The staff were very friendly, everyone from the gatemen/ women, the transfer drivers, the receptionists, the cleaners, chefs and most especially the waiters. They were all very lovely people. A special shout out to Miriam who attended to us throughout our stay. She was there at breakfast and dinner (which was our package) but she didn't look tired from the long shift and was always smiling. There was no client she couldn't relate with both children and adults; she made guests feel really welcome and comfortable. Likewise others staff members, they made the atmosphere feel calm and relaxing which was what my family and I really needed. A very big THANK YOU to the team. Also, the food was great 👍, with slight changes to the menu on all the days we stayed there. I am usually not adventurous with food but on this occasion, I tried foods I will normally not eat and loved them!💗💖 The environment was also clean. I can go on and on but overall it was a lovely place to be. My kids didn't wants to leave and would like to visit again.

We were part of the Leiro experience. We had a beautiful suite on the 7th floor with a humongous bed. We were guided through the suite experiences and extra's. Welcomed with a glass of Cava, valet parking and guided to the room. Included in the package was a visit on the top floor infinity pool. When we came back in the room there was a whole set put ready for us, with a complimentary bottle of Cava and Gin-Tonic. In the morning we had the special breakfast on the top floor. This was wonderful and quiet and possible because we had the Leiro upgrade. The hotel facilities are worth 5 star+ and all the staff was very friendly. You really feel that you are away from home and in a special place. Just great!
