The hotel has restaurants with high quality and rich variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a long coral reef in front of the hotel beach, with full of different types of colourful fishes. You will definitely enjoy doing snorkelling all day. All hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Our special thanks to the hotel manager Mr Mehmet Aydin. We saw him frequently on the site, rather than sitting in his office, kindly talking with the hotel guests and doing close follow-up issues that the guests have some times.

Everything was perfect, staff are very helpful and kind. Special thanks to Mr. Jamal, and the Nora restaurant staff, Mr Omar, Romany and A.Ali. The room was spacious with nice furniture, a big comfortable bed, a nice view .etc. Food was exceptional with a high-quality variety of food for all meals. The hotel design itself is unique and makes the view very nice at day and night time. It is very recommended and for sure will visit again.

Our stay at Charmillion Club Resort was truly exceptional from start to finish. A huge thank you to Arands at reception, who went above and beyond to make our trip special. Not only was he always available via WhatsApp, making us feel safe and cared for, but he also took extra special care of my partner’s 40th birthday, arranging daily surprises that made the celebration unforgettable. His kindness and attention to detail made all the difference. A special mention to Mohammed and his amazing bar team, who provided outstanding service from the pool to the lobby bar. They knew our drinks before we even arrived and always greeted us like old friends. What truly blew us away was that Mohammed remembered my birthday from our visit five years ago and surprised us with a cake and a celebration at the bar—such a personal and thoughtful touch! The resort also features a huge projector screen, perfect for catching football and MMA games in a lively atmosphere. The food was a delight every day, with freshly made pizzas, pasta, and live-cooked pancakes, donuts, and waffles for breakfast. Dinners were just as impressive, featuring BBQ nights, seafood feasts, and a variety of delicious desserts. The Lebanese restaurant and the teppanyaki show added unique dining experiences that we highly recommend. For those who love the water, snorkeling here is incredible. Even if you don’t dive deep, the sandy shoreline is filled with bright, colorful fish that swim right up to you, making for a breathtaking experience. A big thank you to Ahmed, our room attendant, whose dedication to cleanliness was unmatched. Walking into our room each day felt like checking into a brand-new space. The animation team also brought so much fun and energy to the resort, making sure everyone felt included and entertained. The staff’s multilingual skills—speaking English, Italian, French, and more—made communication effortless and welcoming for all guests.

My family and I had an unforgettable stay at Pickalbatros Resort. The facilities were top-notch, and the beautiful surroundings added to the charm. We thought that we booked the room for adults and our 15 years old daughter but the room was booked only for both of us (not for our daughter). The supplementary amount was 55€ per night for our daughter(7 nights stay). But the receptionist Mr.Emad Nabil was so kind with us, he first let us checked in as we were very tired and asked us to come back to him around 10am. Eventually, the hotel management not only upgraded our room free of cost but also didn’t charge for our daughter. it was really a great business gesture by the hotel management. we are really grateful to them especially to Mr. Emad Nabil (The receptionist) Very great guy. We had our flight on next day just after midnight, we checked out at 12am, but the hotel also let us enjoy the facilities of the hotel after checked out, we took our lunch and dinner including drinks, moreover, they gave us the access to SPA free of cost where we took fresh shower in a very luxurious bathrooms and fresh towels. The staff puts in the effort to make your stay as wonderful as it can be especially Mr. Shenoda Montaser and Mr. Shehab. they always meet you with smiling faces which shows that the hotel management cares a lot about making your trip an unforgettable one.

Everything that i need in a hotel is here. There are more what I expected. Everyday stuffs cleaned the room perfectly and they were really kind and polite people. Even all of them are kindly and satisfying, two of them helped me so much. So i want to tell them thanks a lot, waleed chef and mohammed ashraf. View of room was amazing and the beach is so closed to rooms and pool also clean and well heated. Everyday they brought things to room to eat fruits and brought clean towels. When anything i need happens they hadn't hesitated to help me. Also the sea was incredible, there are many fishes different colours. Because safir is south of sharm sea normally is not windy and that helps more comfortable swimming experience. Foods are also good and tested. Thanks a lot safir otel. Here is the best one for me.

The cleanliness of the room, the attitude of the employees, the food and the chefs were wonderful. We had a wonderful holiday with my family. If I had known that the hotel was so beautiful and qualified, I would have definitely stayed longer. We left very satisfied. Their customer service is very good. The reef by the sea is magnificent. I never expected it to be so extraordinary.
