The staff were exceptionally cooperative especially, Mohammed & Mahmoud. The cleanliness of the room, the attitude of the employees, the food and the chefs were wonderful. We had a wonderful holiday with my family. If I had known that the hotel was so beautiful and qualified, I would have definitely stayed longer. We left very satisfied. Their customer service is very good. The reef by the sea is magnificent. I never expected it to be so extraordinary.
