Hotel manager Mehmet Aydın is a professional man with such great care for the customers. I booked infinity suite for my honeymoon and everything was perfect. I can't lie some problrms occurred but manager and deputy manager helped us directly to solve the issues very fast. Sea was absolutely amazing, we swam with the fishes. Great snorkeling spot with amazing reefs.

, we received a wonderful welcome from Carlos he is a very nice and helpful guy , keep following and helping you during your trip . The breakfast was delicious, and lunch and dinner were varied and generally good. We faced some problems, but they were handled quickly and with great care by Peter and Mansour. Thank for them, they made everything wonderful. There's also Raafat at the reception bar, a very hardworking and wonderful person, and Mahmoud at housekeeping, a very kind person who makes your room perfect. also thanks for Mr. Taha F&B Assistant men at animation team were great, especially Misha at Charmillion Gardens and only one girl Mariam. However, other girls especially in Club Resort were extremely rude, I think they don't like or welcome young Arab men. In the end, we extended our vacation by extra 2 nights , and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We will repeat the experience again in January. My advice for any guest if you face any problem, complain directly, and you will receive the best and fastest response, which will make the rest of your vacation very happy and wonderful.

A wonderful hotel with a private beach and several pools. Plenty of sun loungers both on the beach and by the pools. A beautiful coral reef is a great spot for snorkeling. Absolute customer focus. Wonderful, friendly staff. This applies to reception, cleaning staff, and beach workers. A special thank you to MAGDY, who was very helpful with our accommodations. Thanks to him, our stay was as comfortable as possible. The rooms aren't new, but they're clean and comfortable. Everything worked, the air conditioning was excellent, the views from the window were beautiful, and the housekeeping service is professional. Since we had an early check-in, when all the restaurants were closed, they prepared sandwiches, fruit, and vegetables in our room. This was very nice. Bottled water is provided daily. The food is good – a huge selection and quality, although the seasonings and spices are often too overwhelming. Some days they serve seafood, There are snacks on the beach and at the reception bar. If you're late for breakfast or lunch, there are always options for a quick bite. The hotel grounds are very well maintained. It's located near the airport. There are many shops and several pharmacies nearby, offering a wide selection. A doctor is on duty at the hotel, which is very convenient. Free buses also run to the old town, the mall, and other places.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and polite, especially the gentleman who served drinks by the pool and the one in the restaurant. They were always ready to assist without expecting anything in return—truly hardworking and honest individuals. Before booking, I read some reviews mentioning repetitive food, but I disagree. There are several on-site restaurants offering a variety of cuisines to choose from. The local wine and beer were excellent. The sandy beach was fantastic. I loved everything about my stay.

It is now the third time I visit the lovely Royal Savoy in Sharm El Sheikh and I am sure I will be back many more times. excellent hotel, very clean, food is very good, all the staff is amazing, lovely room with comfy beds and pillows, swimming polls are very nice, very nice landscape, 3 levels of sitting places at the beach with beach chairs, perfect value for money. We enjoyed our stay a lot.
