We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and will definitely come back during our next holiday. My husband had already visited the Waldorf in the Maldives, and we were very happy with the experience here in Cairo as well. The staff were incredibly friendly and always smiling, especially Abdallah (the lifeguard), Esraa, and Maryam, Nourhan,Nour ,who were waitresses at Ayda Restaurant — they were so kind and made our daughter feel very special. The Head Chef was amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious — everything was perfect and beyond our expectations. The reception team was very helpful, and housekeeping was outstanding. Perfect location for an overnight stay in Cairo, easy to access all the main sights and then fly home with no drama. Staff were extremely helpful particularly the room service team. would definitely recommend and we will stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Kempinski Nile Hotel in Cairo with our family (2 adults and 2 kids aged 11 and 13). The environment was elegant and relaxing, the rooms spotless, and the staff incredibly polite and attentive. The amenities were top-notch, catering perfectly to both adults and children. The location is ideal—central yet peaceful—with stunning views of the Nile. Everything was truly excellent. Highly recommended!
