Every thing was really great, the pools, the room, the food, the animation team and everything else. but the service and the staff are the best thing in this hotel, everybody were sooo helpful and wanted the guests to enjoy there time. It was the second time we come to Hurghada and the first time we come to Alf Leila Wa Leila but we will chose this hotel in the future when we come to Hurghada and recommend it to everybody.

Great resort for family holidays! This is our second time here and would highly recommend it! Staff and management are amazing, always willing to go extra miles to meet all our needs. Plenty of restaurants and a very good variety of food and snacks. Water parks and all the rides for kids keep them busy throughout the day and evening. So much to do here, no need to go out at all! Thank you all amazing people (at the reception, restaurants, bars, pools, housekeeping) for a great holiday!!!

The check-in was smooth, the food was very good, and the accommodation was excellent. This was our first time at Old Palace resort, and my family and I had a blast. The place was pet friendly, super clean, quiet and decent. The best part of it all was the staff, starting from Mohamed Anwar, the reception supervisor, Ali and Hussein, amazing bar tenders with amazing cocktails and services, and Omar, one of the best and most cheerful head waiter we’ve ever seen. Also the food was very good quality which was a surprise for an open buffet all inclusive that every single dish was very nicely done, special thanks to chef Mahmoud Saad in kitchen preparation and Mahmoud Magdy at the grill We loved the animation team as well, especially Kimo, he truly kept the spirts going! The towel pick up team were also super friendly , Mahmoud & Ali. Also special thanks to Medhat Saleh for ensuring our family chalet was clean and organized everyday

This hotel is situated in Hurghada and is a 10-minute drive from Hurghada International Airport. Albatros Aqua Park is located 600 Meter far away from the beach.
