I had an extraordinary week at KaiSol Romance in Sahl Hasheesh, Hurdagha, Egypt. The receptionists, Ibrahim and Mohamed, were outstanding—attentive, polite, and extremely friendly. The entire staff, from the restaurant to the room makers, provided exceptional service at high standards. The hotel boasts fantastic facilities like the gym and spa. The beach, impeccably clean, is attended to by a wonderful staff. Rooms are spotless, food is excellent, and the overall service is exceptional. A truly memorable stay that I highly recommend!

We loved almost everything about our stay. First and foremost the staff was wonderful, our building manager always checking if everything was ok, the friendly waiters that brought us drinks to the pool and the nice waiters at the lobby bar that made wonderful drinks and sometimes joined in for a throw in our dice game. We also loved the waterslides, I thought they would be just for the kids but the grown ups had even more fun. We also really loved that these are three different hotels so you can eat at different restaurants and hang out in different pools and never get bored. We highly recommend Pickalbatros Aqua Vista and will hopefully be back soon!

The reception staff was very kind, staff at the pools, in the restaurants and everywhere! All three children were excited, and so were we adults!

Your property is rated a 5 star. I give you 7 stars. Mauritius can not even compete with you. I visited in August and in December 2022 it was even better and service exactly the same. A big thank you to chef Mohammed Moosa and Hanan. Your food on a daily basis on the regular buffet was amazing and Christmas Eve and New Year was out of this world delicious! The food not only looked good, it tasted delicious to. There was everything your heart could desire. The presentation was outstanding. Thank you to my waiter that served me every morning Yousry Khamis. Your friendliness, attention to detail and service was outstanding.

Very friendly staff! The guys in the restaurants (Khalid in particular) and Katia who worked near the reception were truly great! Make you feel at home straight away! :)

This hotel is situated in Hurghada and is a 10-minute drive from Hurghada International Airport. Albatros Aqua Park is located 600 Meter far away from the beach.
