The hotel is really good. Beach, view, pool and food, everything you can ask for in a good holiday. The assistant Radwa has been really nice and helpful. We decided to stay one more night after having a great time here.

A did not know much about Hurghada, but this place is definitely a must if you go to Egypt. The place is really nice, next to the read sea.

Outstanding place! Will not describe all the benefits that you can find on the hotel's page. Just trust - all of them are true. Here I'll write about some things that are not so obivious but that you will like. Room size. It's realy BIG! And that's really nice. You may LIVE in your room, not only spend the nights. Buildings. The tallest have only 3 storeys, many balconies and decorations. All the hotel is very nicely decorated. Many heated swimming polls. The best choise for the winter vacations! You do not need to get to the sea to relax in water. Various food. There are several restaraunts on the territory. Some dishes are the same in them but many differ. Senzo shopping mall just in 5 minutes by foot. There is supermarket and kids playing machines inside. Sand sculptures museum in 15 minutes by foot. Nice place, must visit. And you can save money on taxi.

The staff at the Pickalbatros Palace were excellent, especially Asmaa who was very helpful with anything we needed. The main restaurant staff were also excellent, friendly and couldn't be more helpful. We had a wonderful 5 day stay and would recommend to everyone.
