Every thing was really great, the pools, the room, the food, the animation team and everything else. but the service and the staff are the best thing in this hotel, everybody were sooo helpful and wanted the guests to enjoy there time. It was the second time we come to Hurghada and the first time we come to Alf Leila Wa Leila but we will chose this hotel in the future when we come to Hurghada and recommend it to everybody.

Everything is amazing, new rooms are very good and food is super

We spent a wonderful two-week holiday in this paradise-like hotel — everything was simply perfect! The food, the drinks, the service… everything exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to the Food and Beverage Managers, Mr. Yaser, Mr. Hassan and Mr. Mohamed, for their professionalism and kindness. Thank you as well to the pool waiter in the morning, who also works in the evening at Tagine — always attentive and friendly. A huge thank you to the animation team, especially to Jordan, the manager, who made our stay unforgettable and turned our holidays into the perfect vacation. Thanks also to Boda, Boode, Lucia and Keita for their constant energy, smiles and the many activities they offered every day. We are also grateful to Mr. Ahmed, Room Division Manager, for providing us with a beautifully decorated room in a perfect location. And thank you to Eman, the kind waitress who was always there to take care of us. We highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to come back. Perfect stay from start to finish!

Everything it was a great experience

I loved the staff, was really welcoming and helpful especially the guys at the front, one of them was named Ahmed, I believe he was a manager, great guy took my number and also whenever we needed anything he did it straight away, the barman called faris or fares excellent guy made sure we had fun and got us whatever we needed by the pool, Mohammed from entertainment showed us good Vibes

Everything was really good: rooms are clean and spacious, service is perfect and the food is fantastic. My daughters are pescatarians and I am vegan and we have a great variety of freshly made national and international dishes as well as fresh fruits and vegetables. They provide an excellent choice of fresh and tasty cookies.
